Running a salon suite business is essentially like owning a mini salon within a salon. You get your own private space, complete with four walls, behind a door that you can close. Many professionals choose salon suites for lease because it gives them the freedom to work alone. They pay rent to someone else but are their own boss. This means that you’re free from staff meetings, and sales requirements. You can set your own schedule. Some stylists might even opt to see clients after hours. If you just rent salon space, you need to do what the owner wants. If you rent a salon suite, you alone get to choose how you’ll operate.

Just like any commercial space, the costs of renting a salon suite vary depending on the size and location. At Lake Street Salon Suites our rent is based on your suite needs, we offer hourly and/or daily suite rentals. If you’re looking for a longer-term agreement we offer that as well. Once you speak with us, payment will be due on day of rental. You may call ahead of scheduling to ask about pricing.

All suites are available for viewing prior to scheduling rental. To book a viewing, please click the "Schedule Viewing" tab in the Navigation Menu. From there, click the calendar and time you would like to schedule a meeting with the owner. All viewings will be on site at 413 Lake St. Ste C. Shreveport, LA. 71101
